How to Submit a Request for Exchange or Return via the Portal
Introduction
At Barllina, we always strive to provide our customers with a comfortable and reliable shopping experience.
Since your satisfaction is our top priority, we made the exchange and return process simple and flexible, with clear conditions and fees:

Return fee: 35 SAR

Exchange or return requests can be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Products must be intact, unused, and in their original condition with packaging and accessories.
Steps to Submit the Request
Portal link: https://exchange-returns.barllina.com/
1) Access the portal

Open the link and enter the request information (order number and mobile number).
2) Select the affected product

Choose the product you would like to exchange or return.
3) Select the request type
-
Preferred option: Exchange (faster and easier).

Return is available if an exchange is not possible.
4) Select the reason and upload an image (mandatory)

Choose the reason from the list (Not suitable / Wrong product / Manufacturing defect).

Write a short deion of the case.

Attach a clear photo showing the issue.
In Case of Exchange
5) Select the replacement product
The customer should provide in the notes field:

Replacement product code (SKU)
-
Desired size
-
Attach an image of the replacement product (screenshot from the website or a clear photo of the product page).
6) Price differences
-
If the difference is in the customer’s favor ⇒ the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.

If the difference is in our favor ⇒ it will be paid upon delivery, along with the exchange fee.
7) After submitting the request

The request will be reviewed within 24 hours maximum.

After approval:
-
The shipping label (SMSA) will be issued and sent to the customer via email.

The label can also be printed from the same request submission link.

The customer will receive an approval notification immediately.

The customer must hand over the product to SMSA:
-
Pickup by courier can be requested.
-
Faster and recommended option: Drop the product off directly at the nearest SMSA branch.

For exchanges: The replacement product will be shipped after the customer hands over the product to SMSA.
8) In Case of Return

The refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected to confirm its condition.

The amount will be refunded using the same account and payment method used in the original purchase.
