The store reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order in certain cases (such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity). In such cases, any paid amounts will be fully refunded.


First: Exchange Policy 

We offer a FREE exchange for the first time within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

Exchange Fees:

  • First exchange: FREE

  • Second exchange: 30 SAR

Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.

  • Original invoice must be provided.

  • Security seal and tags must not be removed.

  • For perfumes: only the sample vial may be tested. The main bottle must remain unused, and the original packaging must be intact.

Orders cannot be canceled if their status is “Ready”.


Second: Return Policy

Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Fees:

  • Return processing fee: 35 SAR

  • Customer bears return shipping cost: 35 SAR

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

Shipping company fees:

  • SMSA: 23 SAR

  • Aramex: 24 SAR

  • Ajex: 24 SAR

  • Barllina Shipping: 35 SAR

If the order included free shipping, both the original shipping fee and the return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Orders placed outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not eligible for exchange or return.

Refunds are processed after the order is handed over to the shipping company. The refund process may take between 2–14 business days.


Cases Where Exchange or Return Is Not Accepted

  • Request submitted after 7 days from delivery.

  • Product used, damaged, or not returned in original condition.

  • Security seal removed.

  • Used consumable products.

  • Products tampered with or with removed serial numbers.

  • Missing original tags, labels, accessories, or packaging.

  • Non-returnable products such as accessory sets and women’s bracelets.


Promotional Offers & Bundles Policy

(Example: Buy 1 Get 2 Free)

Returns:

  • The paid product can be returned within 7 days.

  • Free items must be returned unused and in original condition.

  • If free items are not returned, their original (non-promotional) price will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges:

  • The paid product or one of the free items (size only) can be exchanged within 7 days.

  • Free items cannot be exchanged for cash.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may return it within 7 days in its original condition and packaging.
After inspection and confirmation of the defect, a full refund will be issued, including product price and shipping fees.
